To take advantage of any offer on the website, the buyer should carefully review the offer beforehand and ensure that the time, format, and scope of the service align with their needs and capabilities.

Access, invitation, or confirmation for a booked session will be provided to the buyer within 1 business day from the moment of purchase and payment.

If it is impossible to confirm access within 1 business day, the buyer has the right — and the seller is obligated — to either offer an equivalent alternative or issue a full refund according to the terms of the user agreement.

Refund Policy

The most up-to-date purchase and refund terms are displayed in the current version of the user agreement.

The seller adheres to a policy of full refunds for services that could not be provided, or for services that the client could not use within the agreed deadlines and on the agreed terms. However, the seller does not cover commission fees and related expenses incurred during the refund process. Thus, in the event of a refund, the buyer receives the amount of their order minus associated costs.
