Every engagement — AI Project Audit, Fix & Ship, Engineering Retainer, or Coaching — starts with a signed NDA before I get any access to your code or data. The Standard NDA is included with every offer at no extra cost.

What is always protected

• Your source code, credentials, and infrastructure details
• Business logic, internal documents, and product plans
• Client and user data of any kind
• Everything I learn about how your product and business work

None of this is ever shared, published, or reused in other projects. This protection does not expire when the engagement ends.

What I may keep as an anonymized work record

Under the Standard NDA I may keep a brief, fully anonymized record that the work happened:

• The industry or domain — e.g., “a health-tech SaaS”, “an e-commerce platform”
• The type of work performed — e.g., “security audit of an AI-built application”, “performance refactoring”
• The general technology stack — e.g., “Ruby on Rails + React”, “Node.js + PostgreSQL”

What is never included: company or product names, founder or team names, links, screenshots, code fragments, unique features, or any detail that could identify the project or the people behind it.

Why this exists

An anonymized track record is how an independent consultant demonstrates real experience. A line like “audited an AI-built fintech app — 14 critical issues found and documented before launch” helps future clients trust the work, while identifying no one.

Your control

You can request removal of your anonymized mention at any time — no questions asked, no fee.

Need complete silence?

If even an anonymized mention is more than your project can allow, the Total NDA removes any public trace of the engagement — for a flat $300 on top of the offer price.
