Total NDA

The Total NDA is the maximum confidentiality option: no public trace that the engagement ever happened — not even an anonymized one. It costs a flat $300 added to the price of any offer.

Everything from the Standard NDA…

• Your source code, credentials, and infrastructure details are fully protected
• Business logic, internal documents, and product plans stay confidential
• Client and user data of any kind is never shared or reused
• Protection does not expire when the engagement ends

…plus complete non-disclosure of the engagement itself

• No anonymized work record — no industry, no type of work, no tech stack
• The project is never counted in public statistics, case studies, or examples
• The existence of the engagement is itself treated as confidential information
• References for third parties are possible only with your explicit written approval, case by case

Pricing

A flat +$300 on top of any offer:

• AI Project Audit — $700 → $1,000
• Fix & Ship — from $1,500 → from $1,800
• Engineering Retainer — one-time +$300 added to the first month
• Coaching — one-time +$300 added to the first invoice

The fee is one-time per engagement — it does not recur monthly.

How to request it

Just say “Total NDA” when you reach out. The extended terms are written into the NDA and the fee is added to the invoice — all before any access to your code is granted.
